Community Class Dates for your Diary - Franklin Method introductory classes

I’m excited to be visiting to teach the community class at the Chadstone Store an introduction to the Franklin Method - a movement approach which uses imagery as its basis for understanding. The classes will run from 6:00-7:00pm on the following Wednesday evenings through 2012. |

In the class you’ll learn ways to ACHIEVE MORE with your FEET, your PELVIS, your ABDOMINALS, your SPINE, and your NECK and SHOULDERS.

These are some of the topics that i’ll be teaching in the 2012 Franklin Method workshop series, for which you can find out more details on this site (www.franklinmethod.com.au) . The full 3-hour workshops, each a different topic, are running through the year in Melbourne.
But for now, COME ALONG to the Franklin Method in-store session for some fun exercises that will whet your appetite, EXCITE YOU and EMPOWER YOU, and bring to life the wonderful power of your embodied imagination for your own regular exercise routine or yoga practice.
