Community Class Dates for your Diary - Franklin Method introductory classes
| Helloooooo Sorrento lululemon friends!My name is Bruce Hildebrand and I am privileged to be a lululemon Ambassador at the Chapel St. Store in Melbourne.I’m excited to be visiting to teach the community class at the Sorrento Showroom an introduction to the Franklin Method - a movement approach which uses imagery as its basis for understanding.
The classes will run from 5:45-6:45pm on the following Wednesday evenings through 2012. |

In the class you’ll learn ways to ACHIEVE MORE with your FEET, your PELVIS, your ABDOMINALS, your SPINE, and your NECK and SHOULDERS.

These are some of the topics that i’ll be teaching in the 2012 Franklin Method workshop series, for which you can find out more details on this site (www.franklinmethod.com.au) . The full 3-hour workshops, each a different topic, are running through the year in Melbourne.
